James was very involved and excited in getting me into a new house as I was. Possibly even more! He was on top of things every day. In constant contact with me. Taking care of all my questions and needs. Showed me multiple properties per day no problem. He's also very knowledgeable in Las Vegas and how everything works in this city. I appreciate a realtor that gives me his honest opinion and has great advice. Some realtors will just tell you what you want to hear or make sure not to mention anything that would hinder the sale. But James will give you his honest opinion, which I appreciate! He also has many contacts and advice if you need help with your new home or have questions. He may also throw in a free Brazilian jui jitsu lesson. So make sure to ask him about that! Highly recommended!
